Help! Need WOTLK

Hey everyone. I used to play on WOW on the Libyan server. Then I stopped for various reason. One of the critical reasons is that I don't have WOTLK expansion. So I am here to ask for anyone who knows where I can get that expansion from. I cant download it because I have ADSL as internet. So you can imagine that it will destroy my months worth of internet and that it will take probably more than a week for it to download. So if anyone knows how I can get the expansion, please reply. Oh, and my WOW is enGB, that means it British, and I don't know if I can use a different region expansion or not. Thanks for at least reading through my problem.
